We ship to worldwide, but if your country's customs is strict or if you have any question about the declared value, please contact with us before buying.

Payment

We accept many kinds of payment methods, VISA, QIWI WALLET, Bank Transfer etc. If you are not clear about it, just click "buy" and follow the steps. It is very easy for new buyers.

Please note import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.

Shipping

Usually we will ship in 48 hours after payment and update track number.

For DHL/FEDEX, sometimes when the parcel arrives, DHL/FEDEX will contact with you to help finish customs clearance procedures. Please make sure the phone number in order information is real.

A request as seller, please write your email address in order information so that we are able to contact you if there is some urgent issues. We may call you if it is did urgent, but we can only speak English. For the customers who doesn't speak English, email is the best way.

After-sale service & Feedback

Please open the package and check it before confirm receipt. If some parts are damaged during transportation, please contact us to get replacement parts. Or if you have any problem of assembling and wroking, please give us the opportunity to solve problems.
